At present, the detection of fighter maneuverability is mainly measured by handwork. So a data acquisition system based on wireless transmission is designed in this paper. This system is based on MCU of C8051F350. It mainly completes the synchronous data acquisition of force and displacement, and transmits the data to the detection and evaluation device by wireless transceiver circuit for drawing force-displacement curve. The application of the system can not only reduce the influence of subjective factors, improve the work efficiency, but also resolve the lead wire effectively.The general design scheme is proposed by analyzing the requirements of the system. In the hardware design of system, the signal conditioning circuit, the acquisition control circuit, the wireless communication circuit and the connection of each part are designed. The hardware anti-interference measures which are taken during making PCB board are also proposed in this part. In the software design of system, two acquisition systems are designed. A new method of realizing synchronous data acquisition between the two systems by time compensation is proposed, and the realization process of the method is explained in detail. The synchronization error is atμs order by testing, exceeds the system precision requirement. The paper also introduces the data processing method, the work flow of the wireless transceiver chip nRF24L01 and the method of error detection.The function debugging of each part in the system is accomplished respectively, finally the debugging with the detection and evaluation device is available. The debugging result shows that the synchronous data acquisition in wireless communication mode can be achieved by using this system. The system can satisfy the detecting request of the fighter maneuverability and reach the expected effect.The paper is part of the Team Key Project The Research of A Certain Aircraft Maneuverability Ground Integrated Detection and Evaluation System(2006T107), supported by Liaoning Province Education Department.
