With the rapid development of science and technology, in areas such as basic scientific research, industrial applications, national defense science and technology, the precision of data acquisition have put forward higher requirements. On the other hand, computer technology, microelectronic technology, communication technology rapid development and widely application, data acquisition system functionality and performance have been significantly improved.Due to skill level's restrictions in the past, weak signal data acquisition system used 12 or even 8-bit ADC (Analog to Digital Converter), output of sensor require two or even three-level amplification, leading to the complexity of signal conditioning and circuit poor stability. In addition, over the past used single-chip controller, such as the MSC-51 series. Due to the low single-chip integration, the controller internal resources are limited; we need to increase in the design of a large number of peripheral devices, an increase of system complexity, increased costs, but also reduces system reliability. In the full research, access to reference documents and to participate in a variety of related technical seminars on the basis of the above shortcomings, Designed a weak signal data acquisition system that as C8051F350 the core which is a SoC (System on Chip) chip. Take full advantage of a wealth of analog, digital resources of C8051F350, reduces the analog signal conditioning circuit complexity, and improving the measurement accuracy and reliability of data acquisition system.The main content of the paper is divided into four parts. The first part of the paper describes the background and theoretical foundation of knowledge; the first functions of the second part of the systems overall design, and then carried out both hardware and software detailed design. Hardware, including power, signal conditioning, RS-485 network, keyboard, display, alarm, debugs modules. Software, system software mainly the overall process, the system self-tests procedures, data collection procedures and RS-485 communication protocol; the third part describes using software and hardware anti-jamming technology to improve the reliability of the system. Fourth Part of the paper contains a preliminary experiments and analysis of experimental data.
