The Study And Realization Of Performance Measure Record Drafting System Of Force-Displacement For Some Fighter Plane's Joysticks/Helms

The traditional performance detect of controlling system for some fighter aircraft is measured by handwork. The operators' experience and consideration mainly influence the measurement result. In these results, there are many big uncertainties, and efficiency is low. Furthermore, it is not so scientific and the real-time curve cannot be achieved. So the product quality cannot be completely guaranteed. To deal with the problems which are mentioned, this paper addresses a study on the designing of the performance measure record drafting system of force - displacement for some fighter plane's joysticks / helms.This measurement hardware system is made of these parts: pull pressure sensor displacement transducer, joystick force-displacement measurement amplifier board, data collector, computer and printer and so on.The main components of the software is: data collection and computing module, after collecting data, this module can analysis, compute and data fitting; plot module, this module makes use of the data, which are computed by the data collection and computing module, plot the real-time figures in the screen, for the unusual data this module can draw the curves in red and make sound for alarm; data saving module, the data will be saved in this module, and the figures are saved with the date as the filename; historical data query module, the data and figure collected in the past can be searched in this module to realize the analysis and compare; printing module, the data and figure collected can be printed by this module via printer to output the document; voice control module, this module can make some actions after receiving the voice command.This measurement system can make use of computer to take real-time, precise measurement and have these advantages: high measurement precision, easy to use, good practicability and so on. This system heightens the efficiency effectively.
