The Design And Implementation Of Doctor Recruitment Management System

For universities,recruitment management is an indispensable task.However,the recruitment management system based on large amounts of data has not been perfected.In recent years,with the rise and rapid development of the Internet,information management has become a trend in all walks of life.Therefore,college recruitment requires a complete,fully functional,Internet-based system.This recruitment management system should respond fast and have reliable data-processing capabilities.In addition,the system needs to be extensible.By analyzing the demand of the recruitment work and taking into consideration the goals and functional requirements the system needs to meet,we illustrate the role and the needs of the system environment and finally design the system.The system adopts C/S and B/S pattern.This article divides the system into five layers:presentation layer,control layer,business logic layer,data access layer and data persistence layer.The front-end presentation layer uses a mature j Query framework,and the control layer,business logic layer and data access layer use the Spring MVC+Hibernate architecture.Besides,we use MySQL for the databaseThis project mainly realizes the work of online registration and payment,on-site collection and confirmation of information,arrangement of preliminary examination,score inquiry,qualification examination,arrangement of retest,enrollment,student status management and relevant data statistics.Besides,the project provides clear signs of the candidate status flow at each stage.The online registration and payment part include completing the examinee's registration information,the examinee's payment,the examinee's check of payment status,etc The management personnel of the recruitment department shall maintain the information of the examinee,query and export the information of them.In the on-site confirmation management module,on the basis of the ID verification technology,the management personnel of the recruitment department obtain the information of the candidates by reading the ID card,collect the photos of the candidates,print the registration form,modify the information of the candidates,query and export the candidates and check the on-site statistics of the candidates.In the examination management module,students can download the admission ticket by admission ticket template technology and check their examination room.The recruitment department allocates the examination room,maintains the examination room classroom,imports the examination room information,arranges the examination position and examination rooms,as well as views the examination room candidate information by random allocation algorithm,printing algorithm and printing template technology.In the score management module,students check the scores,and the recruitment personnel collect and import the scores into the system In the admission section,students check the admission results.The enrollment personnel examine the qualification of the students who pass the preliminary examination.The module also realizes the work related to enrollment and transfer,including the enrollment and transfer of new students,the enrollment and transfer of old students(i.e.the students who took the exam last year)and the supplementary enrollment of a few students.In addition,we provide the visual statistics of the distribution of applicants and the number of participants in each process each year.At present,the system has been put into use,serving various doctoral recruitment work of the university and ensuring the smooth operation of doctoral admissions every year.The practice proves that the project runs smoothly,the response is fast,and the user's feedback is desirable.
