With the bank's computer system in the application of increasingly rich and the increasing influence of business, how to effectively grasp the situation of their services in advance to prevent potential risks, to discover and eliminate the fault has occurred in order to improve the banking application system of continuous service capabilities, reduce system failures on the actual impact of the business has become the production units in the management, maintenance and operation process of the most pressing practical problems. However, due to lack of tools for a long time, at all levels of production of the maintenance unit had to the most backward and most primitive manual way to accomplish but a huge bank of advanced IT application system monitoring, resulted in many producers still need to wait passively for their failure clients the report can be found that directly led to the decline in applications services capabilities, and even affect the bank's social and public image. Therefore, developing a set of business and application-level monitoring system to replace the current manual control mode, they become a necessity but the only option.In this paper, the bank's machine monitoring systems have been studied, starts from the characteristics of the bank's system, we analyze practical problems of the system monitoring, and design a program to make system function and technique achieved. According to the ways the monitoring system give report, we work out the solution for how to monitor the information reporting. And based on this method, we design the means of reporting forwardly. And through the flexibility and reliability of the CICS asynchronous communication, we are able to prevent system monitoring information report from leading to resource consumption.Generally speaking, our research include the aspects below:1 This article not only introduce the background but also research and development situation of the bank's computer monitoring system,and analyze the characteristics and functions. Through the intranet of bank, monitoring system receives data about things monitored, available mode, performance and data capacity, it also send orders and parameters to the system monitored, in order to monitor and management it.2.This article also discusses the CICS systematacially, elaborates many kinds of communication mechanism. And brings the CICS asynchronous communication into monitoring system application.,this make sense to solve the problem about information reporting.3.In the production system, thousands of events take place everyday, but few of them belong to exception class, most of them belong to warning class which means to remind you, although this kind of events will not bring any influence to business provisionally, but once the trend keeps worsening, potential risks may lead to the real errors. So, to take precautions against this kind of event will be helpful for maintainer to eliminate the production hidden danger ahead .We set the angle at monitoring system and system monitored,parsing a declaration about design main point and framework, summarize the system information needed monitoring:usable information, event information, batch information. We also finish in-depth analysis about management of the events and means different kinds of monitoring information take to report, and according to the characteristics of these different reporting means, we finally decide which means the infoemation report should take.4. System structure use monitored system, monitoring agent,monitoring system, and explain the details every structure is in charage,Thereamong, monitored system takes charge of reporting of the information, monitoring agent includes the communication modules needed to be monitored,monitored information collects and deal with modules, monitoring system is accountable for the service situation of monitored information,pointing out potential risks ahead,and the warning of errors.
