Design And Achievement Of The Terdering And Bidding System About Enjerring Project Process Based On The Data Intergration

Nowadays, International Financial Crisis spread very quickly all over the world. The Crisis attack the manufacturing industry and the export-oriented company so heavy, and there are so many people who lost their jobs. The most important strategy the government in many country used to deal with the Crisis is to expand domestic demand and consumption. At the beginning of this year, our government invest 4 trillion to expand domentic demand and comsumption and 80 persent of it was in the field of basic facility and public work. Civil engineering project is part of public work. But whether the investment to the civil engineering project will take act will be influenced by many factors, and the key factor is Tendering and Bidding process.The informationization and integration of tendering and bidding process is the key to solve the problem of the contradicitions of tendering and bidding that they can not discern each other and achieve resource sharing. My system of this paper is try to improve the efficiency of Tendering and Bidding.The methods and procedures of software development are fully practiced and carefully explored in this paper with the theoretical and technological knowledge of software development learned from the major of software engineering, in which theory is used to direct practice. My paper is based on the theory of software engineering. First, I set forth the current situation and the problems of tendering and bidding system. Then I discussed the feasibility of my system. Third, I give the data intergration program based on the XML. At last, I discribed the specific design of my system: the data base design, the realization, and the test. My system is based on Windows XP, SQLServer2005, Visual Basic.This system shortened the time to make bidding document, reduse the expense, and increase the economic benefit.
