In order to improve its business agile agility, enterprise information construction becomemore and more prosperous, moreover the data construction is the basis of the informationconstruction. Oilfield enterprise have extended industrial chain, many kinds of business anddense organizational units, even more its data construction is complex. It is not easy to sharedata between each other, because they manage data respectively. Whatever, it is necessary toshare data for each by the method of data integration, as the business cooperation of the units.The ultimate goal of data integration is to share data, which is in different formats,sources, mode, and quality. Data integration can make distributed data centralized logically orphysically. In petroleum industry, oilfield production basic data is very important in oilfielddevelopment and production.It is the primary data source of oilfield production,management,research and decision-making. Oilfield production data integration is belonging to the dataintegration process based on business processes technically. By making business processesstandard, strengthening the business processes management, we can ensure standardization ofdata collection, transmission, storage, thereby ensure data integration and sharing.Using the example of DaQing Oilfield, we managed the requirement analysis by surveying delivery of Oilfield production basic data. The investigation of data supply side: we arranged the flow of current delivery, the management of present situation and data contents of the basic data of the production,surveyed the types, the storage modes, the digitized degrees, the management specification of the current basic data,and the method of submitting data. The in-vestigation of data demand side: we deeply surveyed the methods, the contents, and the digitized degrees of receiving data of oil production factory, as well as the data storage modes and quality control methods of the information. By using UML technology,we descried the requirement of every department in data sharing.The subject adopts metadata technology to meet the general structure of Basic Data Integration System. Data integration platform is a platform based on metadata. This paper providesthe data dictionary metamodel, the data mapping metamodel, the data exchange metamodel,the data quality control metamodel and the process monitoring metamodel. These metamodelscan satisfy the diversity and variability of data exchange requirements of users, realizing thescalability of the data integration platform. Meanwhile, the business processes of data transferring are presented, and the responsibilities and authorities referred to the transferringof the multiparty are explicated, establishing the management process specifications of datatransferring. The web-based method is adopted to achieve the basic data integration platform,which provides user operation interface based on web for end users and realizes dataexchange program, data submission, data receiving and auditing, processes monitoring,system management and other core functions. The paper elaborates on heterogeneous datamapping, data quality control and data exchange service scheduling and other difficult points.WebService technology is used to achieve data exchange service, which can be open to othersystems to reuse, thus the requirements of secondary development are satisfied.The system has been through user testing and trial run in the DaQing oilfield, to deepenapplication is next mission currently. The system meets the requirement of the oilfieldproduction basis data sharing, it has good scalability. In practical applications, it meets thedata exchange requirements for all sides, and it improves the efficiency of application of thebasic data.
