Infrared Imaging Techniques can change the infrared radiation into visible images. It utilizes every part of difference of infrared radiation of objects to obtain the details of the thermal images. Recently infrared imaging system developed rapidly in medical domain because of no damage,non-contact and real-time.Firstly, this essay explore the temperature measuring principle, Structure and working principle of the infrared thermography, especially attention to the characteristics of medical thermography. Laying the foundation for medical diagnosis, Numerical calculation and the error analysis. And then detailed analysis the applications of infrared thermography in medical diagnosis. This essay help the medical personnel made more comprehensive understanding of medical infrared thermography characteristics, and provides theoretical basis for diagnosis.Secondly, the essay research the influence of Atmospheric,emissivity, distance and Environmental temperature deducing temperature measurement equation and error formula in the process of practical measurement.Finally, the essay research on the influence of distance in medical measurement.we got an ideal distance through the experiment. The infrared thermography measurement error is the smallest in the ideal distance.
