Research And Development Of The Simulation Platform Of Cigarette Primary Processing Line

The primary processing line is the core of a cigarette producing line. The work efficiency of the primary processing line determines the quality of tobacco and benefit of the cigarette factory directly. Owing to the complexity of the primary processing line and its technics, there is still a gap between the scheduling made by all means and the expectation, so it is difficult to achieve the optimization of scheduling. To solve this, the thesis develops a simulation platform with the method of system simulation, to simulate the product of the primary processing line before production.The thesis aims to simulate the scheme of tasks and find out the most rational scheduling scheme by the simulation platform. In addition, the platform can also provides an accessorial function both in the analysis of the bottleneck equipment and the lay out or management of equipments.The thesis builds a model of the primary processing line by the method of Petri Net on the base of the analysis of the primary processing line and the theory of system simulation. On the basis of this, the thesis develops the simulation platform in 3D virtual environment with Visual C++, and the thesis is based on the object-oriented and OpenGL technology, which enhances the authenticity and visibility of the platform.The platform can be used for different primary processing line. We can just simulate one primary processing line if we build a model which matches the primary processing line. And because of this, we develop the save and open functions, which avoid the trouble when changing different models.The platform has both functions of data output and save. It not only displays results of the simulation detailed, which includes the total run time of all the scheduling, detail time of each scheduling and detail run time of every task which runs on the equipments and so on. Also, the platform can save them as a text or Excel format, which will be convenient for the future use.Finally, we introduce the usage of the platform by simulate the primary processing line of a certain cigarette factory. Not only we simulate the scheduling scheme of the primary processing line, but also we find out the most rational scheduling scheme by balancing and analysis of all the schemes.
