With the rapid development of control theory and modern industry , more and more Advanced control technology has been applied to industry process control, especially the Fuzzy control and the Predictive control technology.This dissertation includes two parts:Firstly, this thesis introduces the design of Advanced control software, which is developed by myself, and illustrates the structure and function of this software. In addition, all kinds of computer simulation algorithms of the software are discussed in it, which are approved validate by simulation experimentation.Secondly, a new kind of control algorithm, the Fuzzy predictive control (FPC) method is proposed. It is applied to design a control system of decomposing furnace exit temperature in Cement rotary kiln. The application result demonstrates that the FPC control system has improved the performance of control scheme evidently.
