With the combination of optical technology microelectronic technology, the modern information industry has brought new breakthrough development, particularly in the military application of the photoelectric detection. A detection system was designed with 0.905μm wavelength of the laser pulse, and it mainly consists of APD, transresistance amplifier circuit, the voltage gain control circuit and peak hold circuit.Laser signal with 0.905μm wavelength and 10ns pulse width was detected pulse. From the wavelength, power, noise and probability, we test the system's target. The program used S9251 series of APD for photoelectric conversion, which is produced by Hamamatsu company in Beijing, and NE5210 as a trans-impedance amplification, AD8330 as a voltage controlled gain amplification, MAX436 as a Peak Hold. Finally, according to characteristics of the circuit, this paper gives the model of noise.The paper obtained design ideas of photoelectric detection circuit, and it is very important for the future design of the same type circuit.
