With the continuous development of laser technology ,and the improvement of high-tech products ,the application of laser technology has been more and more deeply into people's daily life .In recent years ,how to use a simple ,accurate and practical approach to measure and evaluate the laser beam quality issued by the laser has become a real economic significance ,and is worth around the world engaged not only in optical ,electrical science , but technology workers who conduct in-depth study of this important issue.In this paper ,through the intensive research about the laser beam quality measurement and analysis theory ,we use sophisticated calculations to calibrate the measurement results . According to the mechanical structure of the measuring instrument ,we designed the hardware of the collection and transmission system, as well as calculated the collecting data and displayed. The above-mentioned hardware of the collection and transmission system consists of the storing and integrating the data from digital camera by using FPGA, the transmission process from FPGA to ARM9 which uses DMA . Then ARM processors calculate the data and display the result on the LCD touch screen.
