Tri-dimensional thermodynamics model is established by the Solidworks according to the airframe construction of the Optical-Terminal-Equipment prototype and thermal-analysis theory, which is based on the sufficient investigation about the laser communication of the Optical-Terminal-Equipment in the near-space platform. And the thermal-analysis simulation is proceed on the airframe and the critical component of the Optical-Terminal-Equipment with ANSYSWorkbench. Through the effective insulation work with passive measures and rational electrical heating scheme, we completed the design of the hardware and software. At last, a series of cladding experiments and temperaturerise experiments are proceed to guarantee the temperature in the airframe is steady at 20±2℃, and the temperature in the electronic box is steady at 10±5℃.The test result shows the temperature control scheme is feasible and the effect of thermal insulation is perfect, which completely meet the specification and demonstrate the experimental result is match for result computational solution, so we can conclude that the foundation of the finite element model, the disposal of the boundary and the load-up condition are correct during the parsing process. And the parsing process possess supervise sense to the analytical calculation of the homogeneous Optical-Terminal-Equipment, in the meantime, it possess engineering use value.
