This paper is comprehensive engineering project which is a set of machine and electricity.This paper is based on the atmospheric laser communication and vehicleborne stable tracking platform investigation and aiming at carrier photoelectric tracking system of optical transceiver the characteristics of the structure design and servo control to make a comprehensive introduction. According to the turntable main structure requirements of performance indexes, and in order to avoid or reduce the body vibration and wind faze moment on the influence of servo system, the optical transceiver is designed into two axis two frame structure with Solidworks establishing optical transceiver 3D model and with ANSYS analyzing static and dynamic structure. Based on the system structure modeling and design of shaft parts selection, this paper has the control strategy of polycyclic servo which is based on high-speed DSP to meet the speediness requirements of the system.Finally, this paper verifies the tracking precision meet the prescribed requirements with the indoor and outdoor experiments which is about tracking precision and performance of vehicleborne optical transceiver and makes a detailed error analysis of tracking precision detection systemThrough theoretical analysis and experimental verification, optical transceiver structure and the design of servo control is reasonable and tracking precision can achieve the index requirements.
