When we look into samples by traditional microscope, we usually make the sample in a plane by planishing or slicing up it, for the depth of field of the microscope is very short. This method for looking into samples will destroy the sample some times. But, if we don't planish or slice up the sample, we can only get an image which is only clear in part. For overcome the localization of the traditional method for looking into samples, we need to develop a new microscope system, which can looking into samples fast ,without destroy and the image that we look into is clear in whole parts. The Level-wise Scan Micro-image Synthesizing System which is described in this paper, can get a clear image by image processing without destroy the sample. And then get the 3D-image of the sample's surface. It provides a new means to look into samples by microscope.The paper designs Level-wise Scan Micro-image Synthesizing System by the method of image synthesizing. The theory of the system is as follow. First, when the lift platform is moving, it gathers many frames, which is clear in part, then, it get the clear parts of the frame, and synthesizes them into a clear image. Level-wise Scan Micro-image Synthesizing System is made up of six parts: computer, video-gather card, CCD camera, the control module of step motor, microscope and lift platform.The arithmetic of image synthesize is discussed in detail in the paper, and the software of the computer is introduced, at the same time, it introduces the software of the SCM and the hardware of the system, and then, it researches the whole system by experiment.
