Construction And Development Of Ontology Based Knowledge Base

In the age of knowledge economy, knowledge management can exploit and make effective use of the knowledge resources of enterprise and administrative units to improve their ability of innovation. The prime purpose of knowledge management is managing the knowledge with abundant sources and different styles and providing it to users in a convenient ways to settle the problems in the work process and improve the work efficiency.As a modeling tool that can describe concept in the semantic and knowledge layer, ontology can resolve the two intensive problems in information area, which are the share of information and the reuse of information. Users can gain needed knowledge by these relationships and properties and discard unused information while getting knowledge. So we do a research in Knowledge Management system based Ontology. The construction of knowledge base is the base of sharing knowledge and the key factor that decides whether the Knowledge Management System can run steadily and effectively. But there is a problem that the knowledge base of current Knowledge Management Systems can't add new knowledge duly according the running of Knowledge management System, for which constructing steady-running and effective knowledge base is required. In this paper, the evolutional method is researched after constructing a enterprise knowledge base and the system frame of knowledge base is given out and the pivotal technology is analyzed deeply too.The pivotal content of this article consists of the storage of ontology, the construction of enterprise knowledge base and the evolution of enterprise knowledge base. In this paper an enterprise logistics document ontology is constructed and some research on how to store the ontology facing to information domain has been done.Besides, an interface to evolutes the knowledge base is provided. It realizes the upper updates and maintains knowledge base and makes the application of Knowledge Management System convinient.The result of experiment proves that the introduced method in this paper is not only high-performance but also practical.
