As the rapid development of computer technology, Online Transaction is more and more popular for people,At the same time security problems become more and more serious. So, people invent the PKI technology and adopt USB Key to store digital certificates and private key. This paper aims at the shortcoming of market mainstream USB Key based on 8 bits processor, designs and implements USB Key based on SSX45 security chip which is SoC single chip with 32 bits CPU, USB2.0 high speed communication interface, and this USB Key is high speed,high security,driverless and without any software installation.This paper introduces several frequent encryption algorithms (MD5,SHA-1,DES and RSA) and the system framework of the USB Key (hardware layer, driver layer, Middleware Layer and application layer), and focuses on the design and implementation of hardware layer, mainly includes the design and implementation the hardware circuit based on SSX45 chip, USB driver in firmware and COS. Finally the USB Key with high speed,high security,driverless and without any software installation is been designed and implemented.In this paper, the innovative work reflects in the following three aspects: 1. Design and implement USB Key based on 32 bits CPU SSX45 security chip; 2. Improving transmission speed through using Mass Storage protocol and optimizing software code; 3. Design and implement a Hide Partition which can be only visited by administrator,and this greatly enhances the security of system.
