Instrument calibration data is the indispensable basis for Well Logging TechnologyService Company to analyze the use of instruments, and assist the technical staff yieldanalysis and performance analysis. With the growing surge in workload and increasing theemergence of standardized examines regulations, Manual management of the originalcalibration data pattern revealed a number of drawbacks, Such as management costs big,strong man-made arbitrary, the data can not be shared, information transmission efficiencyis low and the inability to accumulate the data for statistical analysis and rapid querying.This paper is aimed at improving the status quo calibration data management to achieve anetwork environment of the human-machine interaction system.With the extension of oil field development time, all kinds of equipment maintenanceoperation workload increased year by year. Equipment replacement, maintenance andmaintenance costs account for over 10% of the cost of expenses. Therefore, thestrengthening of scientific test equipment management and maintenance in order toeffectively extend equipment life and reduce equipment replacement, maintenance andmaintenance costs, to achieve cost efficiency. At present, Well Logging Technology ServiceCompany 's need for regular testing isotope logging, annulus water detector, flow meter,pressure gauge, dynamometer, pressure gauges and other equipment, types of complex,man-made lending arbitrary large and It difficult to manage very high. This requires us tobe comprehensive and detailed grasp of a number of data, creating network-basedintelligent information technology applications, quickly and efficiently carry outverification data management and statistics, to achieve a reasonable dispensing equipmentand effective maintenance.This paper introduces the development background for the network managementinformation system of calibration data, the developing significance of this software and thedeveloping status firstly. Then the paper discusses the related major developingenvironment of the verification data information system, system design principle, thesystem made-up of and the database. In the end, the summary for this system is given.The program frame of this system adopts an advanced triple levels B/S structure. The Network Management Information System of Calibration Data , is made up of sixsub-systems. It includes information input, information inquiry, information statistics,distribution management of instrument, printing of verification Certificate and help.Obviously, Database is the basis of the the Network Management Information System ofCalibration Data. All of the information will be stored into database. The information isprocessed and operated by the database operation. This system adopts Visual Studio 2005as development environment and uses Microsoft SQL Server 2000 as database. The maintables of Database includes users information table, borehole diameter information table,annulus hole temperature information, annulus logging information table, isotope data table,measuring instrument management accounting table, instrument Borrowing informationtable, etc.The storage of calibration data information, accounting and instrument Borrowinginformation in tables provides a complete data source for the entire system, ensures thesystem's basic operation.This article focuses on the verification and auditing of information submitted by thecertificate management, implementation and realization of network printing methods. Thenetwork management information system of calibration data has four levels of users: tester,supervisors, and examiner and ordinary users. Only check permissions for ordinary users,the tester input and complete the verification of information submitted to the Working withfactual information on the examiner are responsible for accreditation in charge of datamanagement for business owners of all rights. Verification of information submitted withthe audit management module allows users to smooth coordination of these four worktogether to deal with test data, queries, submission and processing time. Certificate innetwork printing module provides a network to manage complex reports of theImplementation, The data export to EXCEL download, or print statements to solve complexnetwork problems beyond our control.We use the visualized integrated developing tools–Visual Studio 2005 to develop thenetwork management information system, and improve the software performance andmaintainability. It also simplified the software developing progress and improves thesoftware quality. The network management information system is based on black boxtesting to ensure that the program modules and interface specifications, externalspecifications and product consistency of the initial goals. These reasonable testing resultsshow that this system can complete the function and meet the requirement successfully.In a word , The network management information system, is developed with theadvanced developing tool, and the system has good scalability and stability characteristics. This system is operated successfully in Well Logging Technology service Company NO.10brigade of Daqing Oilfield Limited Company and it is approbated and accepted.
