Radiation calibration of satellite remote sensor is premise of quantifiedapplication, and Validation is the reliable method to ensure quality of the satelliteinversion product. Therefore, calibration and validation will be accompanied by thesatellite remote sensor in its lifecycle. The work of calibration and validation dataprocessing and management is very important. During the period of satellites orbiting,many times of calibration of validation activities are needed. Because of a lot ofinstruments and people working in each cruise, a lot of different levels of fieldmeasurement data are produced. And, as the measuring method of constant increaseand the expanding of the satellite production application scope, there will be moreinstrument equipment and measuring results into calibration and validation system.Therefore, in order to regulate the method of data processing, unified data format,improve the data processing efficiency; promote HY-1B satellite data processing andmanagement work, it is extremely essential to establish a system which is providedwith powerful expansibility and data processing and management functions.According to the actual demand of HY-1B satellite calibration and validationwork in this paper, the author studies on the field data processing, calibration andvalidation data processing and data management. And through the method ofmodularization program design, many functions are realized, such as field informationand data entry, field data processing, calibration and validation data and informationretrieval etc. The research results standardizes the data processing method, saves thetime of the data processing and management, and improves the efficiency of datamanagement, and is conducive to ensuring HY-1B satellite quantitative applicationlevel.Chapters0in this paper is the foreword, after nailing down the topic-selectionbasis and background, basing on the domestic and foreign research review, the train ofthoughts about this paper is proposed, and the research contents and methods aredetermined, and the innovation points and deficiencies are put forward at the sametime.The theory about the Calibration and Validation data processing andmanagement is contained in chapter1of this paper. The concept and basic flow ofradiation calibration, validation and data management are introduced, and the basic requirements and main principles about calibration and validation data processing andmanagement are expounded in the paper.Systematic analysis is made for the project in chapter2. The calibration andvalidation data processing and management present situation is introduced. And thesystem demand and functional requirements are analyzed. And the necessity,technical feasibility and system data flow are analyzed. And the data dictionarydescription is made at last.Chapter3in this paper is the most important. On the basis of introducing theconcept about calibration and validation data processing and management,considering the practical application of project requirement, the overall design anddetailed design of the system are made. In the overall design, taken by the total topoints, the method of implementation of modular design concept, the system can bedivided into data information input module, data processing module, calibration andvalidation module and information retrieval module; In the detailed design, the systemhardware and software design are included. General framework of system is built indesign terms.Chapter4is the content of the system implementation. System programming andsoftware development tools are introduced. And some operation results are displayed.And the announcement about system maintenance is introduced at last.Chapter5summarizes the full text of research contents, draws the conclusion,and puts forward some Suggestions.The innovation point of this paper lies in: the system can process in field datatimely, and it can put up calibration coefficient combining the result of satelliteproduction, and they come into being series of calibration coefficient. This work canensure quantitative and operational activity of HY-1B satellite. And it can judge thestatus of satellite sensor according to the series of calibration coefficient. And it canvalidate the production of HY-1B satellite. It can also manage the data centralizedwhich is conducive to science research. In addition, it can put up reference forcalibration and validation of ocean dynamic satellite data processing andmanagement.The basic function of this system is complete, but it needs to be perfect andimproved. Because of lack of time, the realization of partial function is not perfect andnot convenient. The shortage should be reinforced in the future.
