Development And Realization Of The Students Award And Superior Evaluation Management System

With the carrying out of the educational system reformation, educational system has been an unprecedented development. Student Administration is gradually moving towards the modernization of management information. As the expanding of the size and business expansion of colleges and universities, the traditional management models and tools have not been well adapt to the new development needs. The Awards and superior evaluation in Current Faculty is mainly on manpower with a high error rate. There is no realization of e-business and it can not achieve a high degree of sharing of information. The award and superior evaluation management system is developed in order to adapt to the new form of scholarships assessment work of students.The award and superior evaluation management system of the computer science department is developed with the characteristics of Zaozhuang College. Its goal lies in for the educational administration work Department concerned provides at the same time which high quality, the highly effective business management and business process, uses safe reliable processing and the control technology, prompt, accurate, reliably gathering and transmission information, establishes completely, the reliable processing mechanism, raises the working efficiency, reduces the error ratio.This paper conducted deeply research from the rules of awards and superior evaluation of Zaozhuang College. The demand analysis and preliminary design is carried out from the four aspects of ordinary user, class administrators, department managers and systems administrators. This paper illuminates the basic ideas of the system design and expatiates on the function of different functional modules in detail. The system is developed with the tool of VF(Visual Foxpro) 9.0. In the last, comprehensive system is tested.Help system to achieve the basic ideas, the different functional modules of the system was elaborated, using VF 9.0 for the development of tools for its realization. The system with simple and clear interface, simple operation can meet with the basic needs of the award and superior evaluation. Through the changes on some information, the system can be extended to the use of similar colleges and universities.
