The award assessment management information system of Ludong University is a system that designed and implemented to meets the students’ scholarship evaluation work. It requires automatic import of comprehensive information database of Ludong University students’physique, morality and intelligence, and then ranks it automatically in accordance with the formula. It automatically generated query, modify a variety of information of the students who gained scholarship based on the proportion. The system counts the rank and scholarship information, then generating reports, and finally making the system meet the need of award management of Ludong University.This paper selects J2EE as an integrated application development environment, using the JAVA programming language as a background database. With the technology of spring and Hibernate, it designs The System for Award Management which is also based on Web. System follow the principle of practicability, systematic, integrity, inclusiveness, scalability and flexibility, aiming to provide quality and efficient business management and transaction processing for the Student’s Award Management. Encouraging, supervising and guiding students’live and study, developing good habits as well as improving students’ qualities with the index system and evaluation standard.This is a comprehensive students’awards management system based on the specific circumstances and requirements. The teachers who are responsible for the awards set the various award conditions and parameters of the proportion. Opening the students’applying time of honorary title of scholarships.Students can not only apply for honorary title of scholarships but also check the result. College audits the application of scholarships, and publishes students’ list as well as prints the certificate for the award-winnings. Making a maintain information on a comprehensive evaluation, and testing and evaluation of comprehensive quality.
