College Student Management System Based On C / S And B / S Design And Implementation

With the develepment of IT;MIS is more and more widely applied in college,which speeds up the campus informationization.MIS can effectively collects,manages,-analyzes and deals with school data,further more,it provides information, support the operation, management and policy-making system of the school.Therefore,pracfically speaking,MIS is worth exploring.In the 21^st century,the campus management informationization is the current tendency of college management develepment,the work of informationization is developing at an unprecedented speed in colleges,and it greatdy changes the traditional information management mode,which makes the school educactin management advance towards the network,personification and internationalization.through computer and database technology,the college student information management system has realized its network,which ensure the efficiency and specification of the college stndent management .This thesis analyzes the prerent situation of both demestic and foreign college MIS, and it had a detailed investigation and needs analysis of the college student information management and network office, it discussed the problems to be solved by the system, the metheds and means. Firstly,this thesis compares the C/S and B/S calculation modes,and through the analysis of the characteristics of college student management and the information flow of student management work,it concludes the work flow of college student MIS,and then the functional requirements are analyzed through work flow;secondly a system analysis,system general structure design and database design are mainly carried out by using structure with object-oriented methed in system analysis,the registration management,student performance management and class management modules are mainly analyzed A combination of C/S and B/S calculation mode is adopted in the system general structrue design.By analyzing the commonly used various kinds of techniques in present website exploration,together with the feature of the problems, the B/S structure based on ASP.NET is employed to realize WEBservice function ,and the system database platform chooses ORACLE database system as the database storage tools in database design,first,the database theory is discussed,and then by using database modeling theory and the feature of college student management,the traditional E-R method was adopted to build up model and the standardized criteria to regulate the model.This methad not only reduced the cost and period ,breaks through the regional limitation of the former system,it also gurantees the secruity of the key data,fast operation,simplicity,converience and better interaction.Results show that the present designed and explored college studends MIS has more reasonable function, perfect and it can effectively enhance the work quality and efficiency of college students management with a certain stimulitive effect, and this system has received the affirmation of the teachers and students.
