The main jobs of this thesis are shown as follows: First of all,research and analyse the working principle of the digital power amplifier. The mathematical model of the digital power amplifier was established. Compare and analyse the digital power amplifier and the the analog power amplifier. Research and discussion of PWM wave principle and method of the DSP. Three methods of the three-level control strategy are given, and the three method are simulated and analyzed on the Matlab/Simulink platform.Comparative analysis of their advantages and disadvantages.and play a very important guiding role in software program. Design a mathematical model anti-integrated-saturation PI control, then complete the whole system software program with the DSP assembly language.Research and design the hardware circuit of the digital power amplifier, and some points of attention are given. Phase-shifting logic circuit is given as well, and prove the feasibility of it through some tests. Finally, analyse and compare digital and analog amplifier power amplifier through experiment. Do some Specific analysis of the various characteristics of digital power amplifier. Then five-degree freedom magnetic rotor can be suspended stably and rotated at high speed by the digital power amplifer (The maximum speed reached 30000 r / min). Tests showed that the digital power amplifer achieves the desired results.It laid a foundation for the integration, stability, and reliability of the digital systems in magnetic bearing, this is a step forward in the reseach of digital system in magnetic bearing.
