In many fields of manufacture and machining, and as a special power, laser can produce the products that people could not dreamed. As a typical machine of integration of mechanical, electronic and optic technologies, laser engraving machine has great efficiency, high precision and non-contact machining.The work principle,flow of fiber carving machine Machine system, beam delivery system and laser power supply and so on were discuss. In the system hollow infrared transmitting energy fiber is adopted to replace traditional reflector to deliver laser beam. Therefore, it extends engraving scope, enhances the maintainability, and achieves wonderful effects.The graphic and image processing is an important part forlasser carving system of transmitting energe fiber. Graphics carving receive directly from the drawing software, the graphics are used in engraving. The article has made the improvement to the system imagery processing part. Including:Firstly,realize the geometric transform, image division, linear substitution and so on. The procedures were used in the laser carving software,and the carving software function to be enhancement.Nextly,based on wavelet transformation image denoising. Gathers sometimes the image can have the noise spots, we need to deal with the noise for mage denoising. Image denoising is reduction noise Maximum limit for image carving quality.Lastly, based on wavelet transformation image enhancement. Because some image is blur, and key content not prominent. To the gradation image which obtains carries on enhancement processing, can highlight the gradation image the detail.The above each kind of imagery processing methods can get the better laser carving effect.
