Space has become the vertices that world competing for because of its superiority of unique access to information. The development of efficient, safe, advanced space information network technology makes spatial information data be transmitted with high speed and securely, makes spatial information system be interconnect and intercommunicate highly effectively and has laid a solid foundation for effective spatial information transmission. Construction of the network system in China suffers the following problems: The speed of setting up a network is slow; The network must be set before communication; Network use is not flexible; Real-time is very poor; Delay time is long; Network bandwidth is inadequate to meet the transmission and sharing of large capacity information such as continuous video streaming, high-resolution photographs and so on.The purpose of this paper is taking specific protocols and algorithms in the designed space communication network to achieve setting up spatial information network quickly and make access terminal be switched to space base station in space communication network quickly. At the same time, the nodes of access terminal and space base station can identify the information and link characteristics of to end nodes automatically. This paper refers to the switching principle of third-generation mobile communication (3G) and the fourth-generation mobile communications (4G) and combines the characteristics of space communication network. It puts forward a program based on access terminal, designs and verifies the switching strategy of space information network with independent intellectual property rights.This paper uses two ways to verify the feasibility of switching strategy: 1.Building simulation models and simulation parameters using Matlab programming environment. 2 Using .Net development platform, the strategy simulation programming design has been completed by the C# language.Through simulation program, the paper verifies that space information network switching strategy can meet the special demand of"high mobility"and"high security"of space information network for access terminal switching process.
