The Analysis And Design Of Emergency Management Information System Based On SOA Architecture

With the rapid development of modernization and industrialization, more and more accidents will be hidden behind the growing prosperity. People now are facing more and more unsafe factors. Risk is around us in our life and work. All kinds of unexpected accidents which happened frequently had brought huge trouble to people's life and property. So it is imminent to enhance the capacity of government's emergency management. Emergency management information system is the "brain" of Emergency management. It is the basic carrier to pass the information of public emergency accidents and make kinds of decisions.Vigorously promotion of emergency management information system construction on the basis of SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture) has become an important means to respond sudden accidents. Therefore, according to the characteristics of emergency management work and application analysis of emergency management information system, building synergies and systems to adapt to expansion requirements and opening emergency management information system architecture model, speeding up the emergency management business information system, which is a subject that must be resolved for the emergency management information construction.The project background of the thesis is emergency management information system.We discuss and research deeply from both theory and practice based on service-oriented architecture (SOA). We set up emergency management information system using emergency management business as the reference, standardization of basic information as the support and service-oriented system structure as the framework. Emergency management business concept reflects factors compostion and activity mode of the emergency management, which is the analysis and design basis of emergency management business system. We design and implement a service-oriented, distributed, heterogeneous and open information system. The design of information system structure and application development should carry out according to emergency management business concept mode which can guarantee all aspects of the system transiting smoothly and ensuring simplicity and consistency of system in all aspects. The thesis emphasizes on the function of emergency management information standard system and discusses the specific application methods of XML (Extensible Markup Language) technique, stresses the point based on XML technique management information standard.It also emphasizes the important role of the space information to the emergency management information system and emergency management business. It realizes the whole system's practicability and advancement through advanced space information platform construction.We generalize the constituent elements and operation mechanisms of emergency management and builds concept model of emergency management business. It studies thoughts and methods that defines business and manages information basis standard through analyzing the standard system of emergency business basic information. It still analyzes the important position and role of spatial information to the emergency management business and emergency information system. We discuss construction aim and technique route of emergency management information system and establishes information system adopting service-oriented system to support system structure. It introduces composition elements and operation mode of the whole structure of emergency management information system and emphases on the relationship between application platform and business application system.First of all, we research the emergency management business standardization and basis information standardization deeply. It makes use of methods and principles of object-oriented analysis, to make concept model for emergency management business.Secondly, we illustrate the design goal, technical route, calculation mode of emergency management information system and the application of service-oriented system architecture in next part of the thesis. It establishes the whole structure for emergency management information system and illuminates the model composition elements and operation mode.Thirdly, from the angle of system function structure, we design the emergency management support platform like spatial information, video application, Internal E-government with office system and basis information resource and so on. At last, we discusse the design and development thought for typical business information system and make test of the whole information system. Through the actual implementation of the project, it proves that the system in function, performance and scalability can meet the design requirements and achieve good effect.
