The Design And Implementation Of The Network Collaboration Office System Based On PHP

The paper is based on an actual application of the government office system, after doing whole requirement analysis ,brings out a blue print of web cooperating OA system using B/S structure, Java ,work flow and database technology.The network collaboration OA system includes three layers: indication layer, application layer, data layer in hierarchy, constructs fluid program by work flow engine using working flow technology based on web service system , rolling with application and data management, organizing desk top office , and, meanwhile ,OA system should support the whole cooperation and realties communication, and realize the operation flow in enterprise management running on the network at last.The network collaboration OA system based on MVC pattern .The main functions of the system include: personal affairs management, document flow, conference management, mail, interoperability information delivery, customer management, document management, human resources, and custom report.The network collaboration OA system also have higher requirement to Database query efficiency because of its purpose, Database query optimization on strategy is one of the main factor that influence the performance and lifecycle of a database application system. At the same time having the entire lifecycle of a database application system in mind, we should not only do query optimization design completely in the course of development to satisfy the current demand , but also consider the influence to query response time made by database dimensions increasing along with the user's data input continually.This paper describes the achievement of the personal affairs management, interoperability information delivery Meeting Management, and the security safety. Finally, according to the system requirement, it will advance system verification to the function of the authentication.
