Along with the development of international trade, it becomes a kind of trend to build large-scale ship, which put forward higher requirements in ship's design and manufacture and also bring severe challenge in security of Ship Terminal. Large-scale ships usually employ a large amount of hawsers when moored at quay, so it's difficult to distribute every hawsers'force evenly. So, the hawser loaded biggest force is easy to break and the other hawsers will break in succession, resulting in serious accident. How to ensure large-scale ship's security and avoid this accident, domestic and foreign scholars have done a lot of basic research, through model experiments, analysis the impact on mooring of wind,flow,tide,wave and so on, suggest the actual algorithm of calculating the power of cables and fenders and methods of instructing the arrangement of hawsers. The dissertation bases on the existing basis research, using computer software and hardware technology, this article realize the mooring real-time monitoring visualization system to monitor the tension of every cable,compression of fender and the environment parameters, realizing mooring automatic monitoring of remote control and visiblization, security warning and centralized management of information. This article discribe implementation and related data transmission and storage technology and give the result of simulation.System simulated condition: Windows XP Professional operating system, Language of development is C#.net, development tools uses Microsoft Visual Studio.NET and uses Large-scale relational database——SQL server 2000.The system has already solved the problem which is that artificial mooring operable poor and frequent accident of broken cable, simultaneously, the real-time data storage and management provide reference for decision maker in mooring optimization.
