The equipment of large-scale centralized leads to an serious problem: stable operation of equipment room.Today, Many company apply the 24 hours a day shift management mode in order to ensure safe and stable operation of the computer room, managers check the environment and equipment of computer room timely. This not only enables managers to have a heavy burden, but also cause many problems. The centralized environment and power detection system of computer room become the inevitable trend of development of science and technology. The above is the significance of this study.This paper makes a detailed research on the remote monitoring and control system, by reading a large number of Chinese and foreign literature. Design a monitoring system for environment of computer room on this basis. Nowadays, the computer room monitoring mainstream in engineering is mainly divided into two parts, one is environmental monitoring, the other is dynamic monitoring system. The environment has an important influence to the stable operation of the computer room, so the monitoring system of computer room is essential for control of room environment.The article puts forward design of VAV control technology and monitoring technology. The system not only can monitor the power equipment, but also can monitor the environmentof the computer room. Environmental control unit control the environment of room by VAV control technology, using the diagonal decoupling control method for temperature and humidity make the control system stability. The equipment of environmental monitoring system adopts PLC as the field processing module to achieve the remote control room control with GPRS Technology. The PLC scene processing module and the touch screen display module through the serial communication to achieve humancomputer interaction function and recording of system data. Environmental testing equipment required to complete the work of the monitor of temperature, humidity, Water Leakage, smoke and so on, monitoring the operation situation of the equipment room at the same time.The experimental results show that, the design of the computer room monitoring system can complete the monitoring function of language function room required and the control of room environment. The system with remote monitoring function and man-machine conversation interface is safe and reliable and easy to use. The systerm meets the design requirements, and will become the mainstream of the development of computer room monitoring system.
