With the development of modern industry informatization, the use of remote monitoring technology for flow measurement has become a trend. In this paper, according to the need of industrial measurement, I select a remote measurement system based on Coriolis mass flowmeter as the research object, designed and implemented a remote monitoring system based on GPRS data transmission technology.After analyzing the existing digital signal processing algorithms of Coriolis mass flowmeter, I present the solutions of the matching algorithm with digital driving module to realize the feedback loop, aimed at the shortcoming of poor anti-jamming capability, low accuracy. For industrial field environment is complex and changeful, system choose adaptive LMS Newton algorithm and DTFT algorithm with Negative frequency correction to cooperate. The accuracy of algorithm simulation was0.02%, the speed is about two second. The result confirmed that the algorithm is of high precision and fast response.System can get mass flow through digital signal processing algorithm, measure the real-time temperature by Pt100, obtain the location information by an external GPS module of DSP.As the uncertainty and dispersion for Coriolis flowmeter installation location, the paper choose the GPRS transmission technology which has the wide coverage, the small amount of data, and the frequency adaptability of the signal. Digital signal processor through the pulse signal opens SIM300module. Mass flow rate, temperature,and location information are transferred to the remote cloud server through the AT command.Real-time monitoring system is consisted with business logic layer and resource management layer. Yaf framework supports the business logic layer. It can realize interface and logic design of real-time monitoring, data mining, and abnormal alarm function. Resource management layer is based on Struts+Spring+ibatis framework. Struts is responsible for processing the application layer logic of things, Spring is in charge of the data operations in the persistence layer. At the same time, system optimize the operation of the database package through ibatis. The high-speed service achieves communication between foreground and background system. Software architecture with B/S model unifies the client, the core part of the system is distributed on the server. In this way, it reduces the cost of maintenance and expansion of the system, but also improves the interactivity. Then independent modular update is possible. System also extend the message-push module, which provides the alert of e-mail and SMS, and provides the interface for function expansion.The black-box, white-box testing and stress testing for the remote data transmission and monitoring system software is took on the cloud server. Test results show that the system can handle, at the same time,1000data concurrency and data processing with up to2million records. Test proved that the system has perfect function, rigorous software internal logic, high safety. The monitoring system is highly versatile, without restrictions of monitoring object. After assembling supporting hardware, the system showed excellent performance. So this remote monitoring system has inestimable potential for industrial application. The system is not just limited to the monitoring system of data transmission in one direction, and provides for data transfer between the communicating parties and users, so you can continue to expand its scope of application.
