Applying the simulative results to the Test and Evaluation (T&E) of the Weapon and Equipment (W&E) system means that we hope to make full use of prior information from the data of simulation experiments and field information from the real tests, so as to draw a certain conclusion. This paper is aimed to study the concerned theories and methods.Initially, the paper puts forward an integrated framework according to the engineering background and the basic idea. We regard the T&E problem as a Bayes Inference issue and point out that three tasks must be accomplished in the T&E, i.e., the acquirement of prior information, the definition of loss function and the analysis of decision-making robustness. In the theoretic area, the paper investigates three tasks one by one. First, the paper studies several ways on the acquirement of prior information and the fusion of multi-source information and discusses some details about the application of the ways. Secondly, the paper describes the general principle about the definition of loss function and the calculation of the rule indexes, and puts emphasis on the different reasons and several solutions when the indexes are uncalculated that means decision is failed. Thirdly, as to the robustness analysis, the paper discusses several considerable measurements and brings out examples to show their effect. Then the paper also makes suggestions about the further study. In the applied area, a shooting-accuracy-evaluation-of-missile software is developed based on the theories and methods discussed above and the demand of the engineering practices, and proves these theories and methods to be practicable by the preferable effect obtained in the T&E of some actual type W&E.
