In the impaction of new media, the party newspaper needs more transformation in operation pattern compared with other traditional media. Cooperative plates, which mean the existence of media space of interaction, resource sharing and linkage, have been frequent and normal. In integration-converging mode, overall integration of newspaper-network interaction is the media entrance to a higher level of media convergence. In this process, the higher the degree of newspaper-network interaction and convergence become, the more effective the activity of news and communication is.The method of case analysis and media interviews are utilized in this paper, along with a comparative analysis of the existing literature. Theoretically, we analyzed the phenomenon of newspaper-network interaction. The object of this study is the provincial level party newspaper. Through dating back to development course of the party newspaper-network and based on the current situation of the present network interaction, the author makes some division. Summarized on the longitudinal, the provincial level party newspaper-network interaction can be induced to three stages: electronic newspaper stage, newspaper industry website stage and newspaper-network cooperation stage. The party newspaper-network interaction can be divided into the macroscopic stratification, the intermediate stratification and the microscopic stratification. The macroscopic stratification performs for medium fusion in developmental strategy stratification plane . The intermediate stratification performs for cooperation interaction in medium operation stratification plane. But the newspaper-network of the microscopic stratification manifests in the editing innovation stratification.In views of the problems in the newspaper-network interaction, the study points out five aspects questions in the current interaction. Such as, the message resource integration is not enough, the edit process is insufficient, the technological platform fusion is not enough, the medium division of labor is inadequate, and the fusion of two medium's brand value is deficient. According to these question, the author managed two aspects from the medium operation mechanism and the medium content to put forward own proposal. Like, renews the news management idea, attempts the new model of newspaper-network cooperation, thinks much of the medium content management and so on.The strategy which the party newspaper actuating presents its special shape, because of its unique resources and influence. In the case analysis, the study uses the case of Jiangxi Daily. The author makes a introduction about the new modes,video frequency mode, after summaries the success experience of Jiangxi Daily. The video frequency mode is the basic shape of the provincial level party newspaper-network cooperation. This mode promotes the influence and the openness of the provincial level party newspaper in some planes, such as the direction of propagation, the time effect, the resources ambit. It also improves the dissemination effect in message communion, audiences conformation, medium's stratification of the provincial level party newspaper.
