Since the 90's, robot technology and its applications constantly extend from the manufacture to the non-manufacturing fields. With the developing of science and technology, the requirements of human beings for the quality of life and self-help and counter-terrorism in the new period, making the robot technology and the field of the combination with anti-terrorism and counter-terrorism at the field of application of mechanical get the international electrical fields and the rescue and counter-terrorism fields of high attention. In order to end the terror war and reduce losses as soon as possible, the research and development of high-tech search and rescue equipment and seeking a substitute of special police have become the inevitable trend of development.Traditional anti-terrorist robot are purely mechanical structure of robot , by itself, the mechanical structure of the constraints, its flexibility and adaptability are far more stringent than living organisms. So put electronics, machinery and other modern devices combined with living organisms, using living organisms of intelligence and a certain independence of the characteristics of modern high-tech digital devices ,has becoming a new way of the developing of robot.The research is aimed at living organisms and robot with specific binding of self-help and counter-terrorism investigation, designing the police dog-based multi-functional anti-terrorism robot system. The system integrates the advantages of living organisms and mechanical devices, improve the most of the disadvantage. It composite of man-portable command device and job dog robot, using MSP430F149 single chip as the core of the control system, and building a series of peripheral circuits.The circuit board integrate image display module, wireless data communication module, GPS module and command input control module, through linking the program realize the system reliable work and monitor on the working dogs of the remote control and real-time video images. The robot system working dogs using MSP430F149 as its control coal, the circuit board integrate micro-camera module, wireless data communication module, GPS module and weapons module, according to the commander's instructions to complete weapons movements and real-time transmits live video and audio data. By download the program from MSP430F149 to control the job of system, working dogs undergo a rigorous training under the command of the instructions issued to conduct various kinds of normative action. The system will be intelligent dogs of the biology and micro-robot system to avoid the conventional anti-terrorism robot mechanical structure design complexity and the complexity of control algorithms, and broadens the scope of work of police dogs, adaptation of the complexity of environmental conditions of counter-terrorism under the new requirements. The system through rigorous testing and a series of field applications, it have been fully met the requirements of actual combat exercises and the base leaders mentors unanimous recognition and praise.
