Web Services have been widely used recent years. It is unfeasible to manage and use a mass of Web Service manually. The Semantic Web Service which takes advantage of Semantic Web technologies make it possible to intelligently discover and use by machine. Therefore, the semantic information should be provided to represent various aspects of Web Services. Howerver, if it always need build complex semantic information from scratch to describe every aspect of Web Service, it will lead to not only large redundancy and inconsistency but also low maintainability and extensibility. The Customizable Semantic Template is proposed to resolve such issues, which enables to semantically model any aspect of Web Service in a more flexible and efficient way.Since the Semantic Temaplates are used to model the Semantic Web Service, there is another problem to resolve is that how to gernerate the Semantic Template instances for the great deal of Web Services. A universal framework by means of some key technologies such as natural langurage processing and ontology matching is proposed, which enables to extract semantic information from all types of corpora and generate the Semantic Template instances automatically. It is much helpful to resolve the issues like high workload for building semantic information for every aspect of Web Service manually and high specialized domain knowledge required.
