Design And Implementation Of Office Automation System In BJLQ Group

This thesis is based on the office automation (OA) system of BJLQ group, which is demanded by Information of Construction Ministry. The current OA system of BJLQ group has a gap to reach the requirement of Construction Ministry. To push the information reform process, BJLQ group designs and applies the OA system. The target of this system is to improve the management level, combining the actual demand and effective principle. The operation of this OA system enforces the management, monitoring the branch company efficiently, and transferring information smoothly.The background of OA program is introduced firstly in the thesis. Through analyzing the management system of BJLQ group, the general functional system framework is formed.Secondly, application mode and development system are selected according to the users' need. When designing the OA application mode of BJLQ group, the advantages and disadvantages of two main modes are compared, which are C/S and B/S. Taking the maintainability, expansibility and work mobility into account, the browser-server mode is chosen for OA of BJLQ group. Through comparing three development systems, Lotus Domino is selected by the expansion, reliability, compatibility, expansibility etc. The function is designed on theory study, practice and innovation in order to reach the expected purpose. According to current domestic OA research, the management level and the actual requirement for the future development of BJLQ group, functional system is designed innovatively which premised on safety and maturity. Meanwhile, problems which maybe happen are also analyzed and offered solutions. Then, Security technologies are focused, creating a stable system and security test report.Finally, net structure system is designed, and then suitable hardware and software are selected.During the program implementation, my main task is as following:(1) Choice of OA system applying module.(2) Certainty and realization of system functional need.(3) Safety strategy of the system.(4) Development plan of second period and software regulation of next step.In the future, program management through information system would be researched. To fulfilling systematize standardize scientific working procedure, a comprehensive management platform would be progressively established, which is program management as a center, cost management as a main line, operation management as a strong point.
