The Research And Realization Of Management Information System Based On Workflow Technology

Along with the deepening reform of institution and the strengthening macroscopic management of the enterprises, the original model of office management was no longer suited to the growing requirements of transaction processing and the information-sharing .we must take full advantage of modern information technology and establish a comprehensive management information system of enterprises, to improve the efficiency and the mode of the management. Through the computer system, we can collect, storage, transmit, optimize, forecast and control the information and provide the available information to the managers of all levels, then we can achieve the effective management of the enterprises, the most effective organization of the flow of information in all aspects, the resources of human, financial and material can be played the maximal role, the operational efficiency can be increased and the self-competitiveness can be enhanced.The technology of workflow had be applied to many fields as a new area of research, for example, it had be applied to the information management of the business, the government administration of the electronic, the office automation, the production-manufacturing, the concurrent engineering and so on, it's the core technology of achieving the modeling, optimization, process management, integration and ultimately the automation of business process. It provides the automatic implement and the analysis of the flow, the real-time monitor and the track of the instances, and other functions .The construction of management information systems based on the technology of the workflow must achieve some goals as follows .On the one hand, the information sharing, the automatic collaborate and the process of the flow in the computer must be achieved .on the other hand, the users can easily analyze the flow of the business processes of the enterprises, find out the unreasonable ,and give the proposal of the reforming rapidly .Using the technology of workflow, the work can be broke down and be definite good task and role ,then the tasks can be carried out according to some certain rules and processes , under some controls ,so it can improve theirefficiency, reduce the costs of production, improve the management level of the enterprises and the speed of the reaction ,it also the goal of using the technology.First, the paper analyze the status and the trends of the management information systems and the technology of the workflow in-depth, and research the basic theory and related technologies of the workflow, such as the basic terminology, the function of the workflow management information systems, the architectures, the interfaces, the reference models and other theoretical knowledge of the workflow. Second, the paper studies the relevant theory of modeling, including the detailed analysis of the various components of the workflow models. Then, the paper analyzes the relevant technologies of management information systems based on the technology of the workflow, and gives some details about it. Finally, the paper summarized a framework of the light workflow engine based on the structure of a relationship, and gave the detailed design of the workflow engine and the concrete steps .The system designed by the Web application system of the Struts framework based on J2EE MVC model .The structure can effectively separate the function modules of operational logic, the control of the program and the demonstrate of the data, the respective modules can be developed concentrative without fear of arbitrary coupled ,it can improve the flexibility of the application program ,and the development of an entire system are easy integration, ease of maintenance and upgrading. And the introduction of the technology of digital signature can ensure that the digital signatures of the workflow engines have the same legal effect.
