The achievement of GPRS-based network access, messaging and voice access platform for three modes of access, good to meet the day-to-day office demand for Jinhua industrial and commercial department, and also improved the sercive level. At the same time we focused on J2ME, information machine, special-purpose APN technologies and so on.Mobile inspection system has been test run and operating stability. It greatly enhanced the work efficiency of basic administrative executors, reduced the staff much pressure and provided necessary means of informatization for the supervision system reform,and also got good public praise.
