In recent years, modern service globalization had entered into a new stage. The demand of modern service has become diversity, resource sharing and collaboration, which's symbolic character. In terms of this situation, traditional service support platform does not satisfy the service demand. Traditional service support platform is too enclosed and specialization and lack of collaboration. But the modern service support platform is opposite, for example, the interface will be more open, flexible and efficient. SOA (service oriented architecture) could integrate the different services. After using SOA concept ,the relationship of different services is closer and more flexible, achieved resource sharing. Bring SOA into the construction of next generation service support platform, this measurement could improve the performance of platform and make the support platform adapt to the requirement and development of next network.This paper is based on 'Common Service Integrate System ' which is a sub-project of 11th Five-year National Key Technology R&D Program "Modern Service Industry Common Technologies Supporting System and Application Example Projects". In this paper, research is emphasized on modern service industry service support platform, providing a new idea and framework of service support platform. Firstly, through the research of SOA framework and its relevant knowledge, because of the advantage of SOA such as flexibility reusability and extension, the thesis takes SOA as a key method to build the service support platform. Meanwhile combine with the researched consequence in "Modern Service Industry Common Technologies Supporting System and Application Example Projects", the thesis put SOA in the designing of system. Consider the development of Modern Service Industry in future, the demand of optimal services selection in the integration platform is becoming more important. Therefore the platform also combined with QoS concept.The thesis introduced the every part of the integration framework, such as function, detail designing. Then providing QoS data Module and QoS computation Module, and introducing the detail in realization of service quality management. In terms of framework designing, using open source technology realized the system framework under an application background. Analyze the different efficient of framework after the service quality management. And summary the thesis and point the direction of research in future.The completed system framework in the paper, basically finished transferring service component, and achieved optimal service selection during the transferring service component. Get the goal of combination of transferring component and service quality. Finally, the paper also prospects how to perfect the level of optimal service selection, providing more perfect service.
