Radio frequency identification is a kind of automatic identification technology which has developed quickly in the recent years. RFID has been used in many different areas, because of many advantages such as long access distance and mutil-object recognition etc. But as a result of the high cost of tag packaging, the RFID technology has not been applied widely. Therefore, it's very important to develop an efficient and effective RFID tag package equipment to meet demand. So this thesis mainly discusses the design and implement of the software which is one of the most important key issues.According to the analysis of the hardware design and user demand, Object-Orient technology, UML and design pattern are used to design and implement the the software framework. The user interface of the soft of RFID tag package equipment based on dialog-feature is analyzed and designed. The display window of prompt and image and state based mutually locked button group are implemented.To control the motors and sensors of the PMAC which is the core hardware of the control system, a control interface is designed. Respectively, the generalized controlling mode of the coil motor and PMAC is implemented. Then the interrupt system of the PMAC is realized to accomplish the communication to PMAC. A virtual PMAC hardware environment model is proposed to make the offline debug convenient.Based on the function and characteristic of the control system of the machine, an net communication framework base on C/S which involves server and client is designed and implemented. The synchronous communication and asynchronous communication model of client and the thread pool of server using for improving the efficiency are analyzed, designed and implemented. To realize the command explanation and information exchanging, a data packet protocol is designed. Then an expanded C/S communication mode is proposed to make the communication model more applicable in most of the communication enviroment.
