Design Of Embedded PLC System Based On Chipset

In the modern industrial control field, PLC has become the key equipment of the automatic control. With the development of the technology of semiconductor and chip, embedded PLC emerges as the time requires. This chipset, taking single chip as the core, loaded with PLC system software, has high efficiency, low power and compact structure. Users may decide their embedded PLC on their own by using chipset.Firstly, the technical characteristics of chipset and the structure of embedded PLC are analyzed in the paper. Basic principles and development points based on chipset are summarized .And a new design methodology of embedded PLC system based on chipset is raised.Secondly, some key technologies of the embedded PLC development process are detailedly researched in the paper, including on-off input and output, analog input and output, network communication, HCI etc. Anti-jamming measures are discussed from two aspects: software and hardware for improving the reliability of system.Finally, a controller in agricultural greenhouse control system is designed with the method of embedded PLC based on the chipset, the main points cover the functional demand analysis of the greenhouse control system, the overall structural planning of the controller by using CB290, the completion of hardware and software. Greenhouse controller based on CB290 has many advantages. Beside compact structure, low cost when manufactured in large amount and internet-connected function. Multiple uniform controllers may make up a greenhouse control system network with good capacity of the maintenance, it can realize long-distance download and guidance through TCP/IP protocol.So the chipset embedded PLC system is very fit for the control system which has strict demands of structure and cost.
