| Having the CDMA network, China Telecom has evolved into the entire service operator from the pure solid net operator. As a full-service operator, China Telecom needs to consider the CDMA mobile value-added services in addition to the original solid value-added services. In this background, as a new mobile business that China Telecom will provide, it is necessary to plan and identify the network map and operation flow for Message Smart Platform which contains Message Transfer Service, Message Firewall Service, Message Storage Service, Message Receipt Service, Message Signature Service, Message Copy Service, Timing Message Service.In this article, firstly it is described the function of the Message Smart Platform and the applications domestic and aboard .Secondly it is introduced the system architecture, network structure and function modules of the Message Smart Platform. Thirdly it is focused on every operation flow of the MSP service when the call subscribe and called subscribe belong to the same or different or aboard short message center. Lastly we got the test result of the MSP.And it proves that the Message Smart Platform works well. |
