Then it has a respectively designed research on the design objective, system network architecture and system deployment scheme on the subsystems of smart pipe, subsystem of flow optimization, subsystem of flow monitoring and subsystem of intelligent dispatching. Finally, combining with the smart pipe business functions, this article proposes the test ideas of flow being as the main line, and establish the overall flow test model.It has a functional test on the smart pipeline from the resource class, business class and the flow control class projects.And the test result fully meets the expectation and reflects the effect and significance of Internet side smart pipe.The control platform of the Internet side Smart pipe is the support of Internet service, the operator of Internet business and the guarantor of the quality of the Internet. The research result of this paper is practical and has significant effect on promoting intelligence of Internet pipe.It has been used in the actual project.Nowadays it has been used in the China Mobile Group Guangdong Province, Ltd.It has significantly affected the intelligence of the Guangdong Mobile Internet pipeline and achieved good social and economic effects there, which gives an exemplary role to the other provinces.
