Web services technology has been promoted for its well-packaged, andloosely coupled, as well as its simplicity of development and call by the majorIT giants. At present, it has become a mainstream technology in distributedcomputing. UDDI(Universal Description,Discovery and Integration) is theUniversal Description, Discovery and Integration for web services, which isimportant part of the contents of Web services technology. In the industrialsector, UDDI system as an information platform, primarily be used to publishservices for providers and to find services for user .So how to provide anefficient and reliable UDDI, and how to enable Web services in a wider rangewas found has being cared by the IT industry. At present, the version3 is the highest version of UDDI , which provides UDDIshould have more than one server nodes, and should achieve "one-registration,every publication", that is to say, once a web service was registered in a node, which can be found in any other node of the system. At present, the businesscommunity to achieve this function, widely use the following three ways. The firstone is that all the server nodes using the unified database. The second one used thequery distribution technology. And the third one realizes data synchronization foreach node by a synchronization server. The safety of the system is not high enoughwhen UDDI use the first technology, and more inquiries, more redundant datatransported between nodes by the second technology that greatly reduce theperformance of the system, and when use the third technology, the performance ofUDDI can be increased, but there is risk of synchronization because of dedicatedserver for data synchronization. This thesis use P2P to achieve each node candirectly communicate, and when one node update the database, it use radiotechnology broadcast the operation to other nodes, so other nodes perform the same operation to achieve data synchronization between nodes. And this thesis usepacket technology to reduce the inter-node data transmission capacity to improvesystem performance. The use of XOR parity laws in this thesis to ensure theaccuracy of data. The technical in this thesis realizes the data synchronizationbetween nodes and improve system security and performance, while improving thesystem scalability.Although the UDDI specification also does not involve any data access control, the vast majority of UDDI system has not yet been achieved on the access control. But from the perspective of B2B applications, the realization of access control isnecessary. This paper extends the traditional Role-Based Access Control technology. The user role generated by the system dynamically, and the access roles are set bythe information provider dynamically. This make up for the flaw that role can't begenerated flexibly and control can't performed flexibly. In the last, the paper usesthe extended Role-Based Access Control technology to the UDDI, and achieve theaccess control for registered information. Finally, the thesis describes the detailes of Development, distribution and call ofweb services on plateform which composed of tomcat and Eclipse plug-ins AXIS2by the web services of identity verification provided by the public securitydepartment, and also describes how to register and found the web services by theUDDI system designed in this thesis. This verifys feasibility of the datasynchronization technology and the access control technology.
