Today, with rapid development of information construction, the next war is the war ofthe land, sea and air, as well as electronic information as integrated information andthree-dimensional characteristics distinctive. Information warfare, the battlefieldsituation, intelligence and reconnaissance and command and control of the transmissionof information and co-processing is particularly important, and the national army hasbegun to work on the development of advanced datalink system, and is graduallyequiped our troops to enhance the combat effectiveness of the datalink in combatapplication.China has vast territory. In the context of global information, how to establish astrong army which is used to improve the defense capabilities of the armed forces is animportant topic of the modern study of our military. Datalink is as an importantdirection of information construction. Not only the demanding of technical indicators isattached great importance, but also the shift of datalink platform is gradually movingfrom the multi-platform to network integration. Further more, the concept of"network-centric warfare" is unfolding in the development and application of thedatalink.However, due to the late start, limited combat application and other reasons fordevelopment of our datalink, the exploration of advanced datalink and a commonplatform,"network-centric warfare" is with little success. Therefor, with the actualsituation, our army constantly explores the advanced dedicated datalink. First wecomplete the development of the various military services datalink. At the same time,based on development, we go on with the development of multi-platform, multi-serviceversatility and high-performance datalink systems.In this paper, for the direction of development and technical characteristics of theadvanced data link network design, we have developed the datalink which is applied toa military for combat missions of flight formation. With the datalink hardware platform,we have integrated the indicators of functionality and performance, and realized theaccess control of the high speed data link. The contents of this paper are as follows:First, the article has given the scenarios and the development direction of the highspeed data link, and provided the functional and performance requirements of thedatalink. With the key technical description of the access control of the datalink design,we have not only completed the technical difficulties, such as strategy of networkscanning, but also completed the key points such as random access and analysing thedetails of synchronous by wireless link.Second, we have realized the protocol of access by TMS320C6474multicore DSPprocessors. After completing software architecture and subsystem design, we have donethe division of the module and interface definition. At the same time, completing thedivision of resources and the allocation of tasks, we describe the relationship of subsystems. Then we focus on the physical layer of the upper and lower rows of dataprocessing and design the process of access in detail.Finally, we have set up a test verification platform for multi-node MANET datalink totest the functions and performance.we have tested and annlysized the networking anddata transceiver, which verifies the physical layer functions and control processes ofaccess. The test results show that the data link has met the design specifications, and theability to achieve the functional requirements. Also, the data link is able to accessnetwork correctly. Further more, we have provided a method which is used to make thethreoretical research to achievement come true.This article is based on multi-core DSP platform, designed and implemented aprotocol by the data link which is of multi-node adhoc network. For the datalink of thispaper, the design of a multi-node MANET data node is preferably the data transfer ratein high-speed movement. Also, it has a greater advantage in system stability. At thesame time, the datalink has completed the flight verification test which guarantees afully functional and good performance in real and complex circumstance. Therefore, theprograme has certain reference value as a datalink works, as well as the feasibility of thearmy datalink equipment.
