With development swift and violent of the China Mobile business and consumer, the business and management of the China Mobile's Channel be given the higher requirement. How optimizing the structure of the China Mobile's Channel, enhancing the management level of the channels, strengthen marketing capabilities of the channels and providing strong support for the business development have become an urgent need to resolve these current problems for the China Mobile.Now, with the rapid development of China Mobile Channels, the channels become more perfect forms, including multiple channels such as Self-Office, the social channels and electronic channels. On the one hand, various types of channels support the inherent business; On the other hand, these channels will also support the customized terminals for sales, new business experience marketing and so on. In order to better play the role of channels, some provinces in the Office of effective self-assessment, staff integration management, remuneration management, carried out fruitful to explore, for the operation and management of channels provided strong support, and accumulated a wealth of experience. With the deepening and refining of channel management job, business department has given a higher demand to the information support department of the channel. Channel Management System has been required to be able to respond to the operations of various types of channels and resolve the contradiction between the business development and resource leveling; True and accurate reflection of all types of marketing policy, new business, end the implementation of marketing activities and the effect; carrying out quantitative objective evaluation to the effectiveness of a single network; Timely assessment of the workload and job performance of staff; To be able to provide reliable information for the channel decision-making and the allocation of resources.The author participated in the development of Channel Management Subsystem of BASS in a province mobile communication corporation at the period of practicing. And the author made a profundity comprehension on the related theories of the system and the way to use them at the real work. Firstly, this thesis introduces the background of the research topic, the current situation and the organization of the whole content. Secondly, illustrates the related theories and technologies applied in the development of the system, such as data warehouse, OLAP. Thirdly, the thesis analyzes the collectivity framework of the BASS. On the premise of understanding the collectivity framework of BASS, fourthly makes an example of how to design and carry out the channel management subsystem which was successfully designed and implemented using the related knowledge of data warehouse and adopting the methods of software engineering which contains requirement analysis, summary design, particular design and front desk displaying. The thesis shows the particular details of all the processes. At last, the thesis summarizes the whole content and makes an expectation on the development of the system in the future.Channel management system solution the preservation of the form of dispersion and isolated based on the information channel. Channel management at all levels can learn at different levels in various types of channel operations. The calculation and payment of channels remuneration of all levels needs accurate, transparent. Fully concentrate on data showing various types of channel operations and timely monitor the operation of channels to improve the level of channel management and monitor. Through an integrated statistics, analysis and depth of data mining for various types of channels management information, management personnel at all levels of the business channels provide the basis for decision-making. Companies to meet the mobile channel management, business operations need to be enhanced channel management, channel analysis, control of competition in the market, the realization of the channels to work with traditional management methods to the refinement of management changes.
