In this research, the common types of examination system for all vocations in current society is first analyzed and summarized, the realization of the examination in the domain engineering is also studied. A generic examination system is then developed. This generic examination system provides a generic network examination platform, through which examinations can be achieved by a multi-course, multi-batch ways. In this research, the subjective examination in question also had a score of research and analysis: the use of technology to deal with the keywords is first introduced, example keywords such as the extraction and processing of search words, at the same time put forward the theory of fuzzy math to solve the problem score of subjective questions.This research is concern with the development of a generic examination system together with a method to support the intellective grading and studying in an examination system. General-examinations is the analysis of the system design can be applied to almost all of the testing program, at same time from the level of service for more than a multidisciplinary examination of the batch framework designed to achieve test platform for the integration and cost savings, through the system and file server, with the use of the annex to deal with technical questions and to meet the vast majority of the current examination of the application; grading through the introduction of smart 'answer expert rule base' model, marking the process of learning and identifiable marking the marking rules, so that the system and the grading functions become more and more powerful, more intelligent; study of the system has two main aspects.
