The Research Of Database Encryption System Based On Extended Stored Procedure

As the fact of huge prospect of The Internet Economy existing with the venture in recent years, the safe problem has gradually become the focus of enterprise information and the manager's attention and discussion. At present, many enterprises have a certain extent of safety consciousness, and they often use some traditional measures, e.g. access control, firewall, inbreaking detect, to keep the application system safe. Especially, under the present distributing and network-based application environment, the approaches of users accessing system have diversified, and the database systems are facing various safety risks. For example, some ungranted users may intrude database through rounding the system access control mechanism, and get the data illegal;the lost of data storing medium could result in the data-leaking in the database;the internal manager do misfeasance utilizing his own purview.In the traditional method, the original data stored in the database using the form of plaintext, and this is a mostly reason arising the insecurity database. If we encrypted the data in the database, we will solve the problem above. Though anyone who can intrude the system illegal or steal the database file, he still can not get the data he want if only without the decryption key. As a result, the encrypt processing of database is rather important to data safety.The author collected and analyzed a lot of literature and information both here and abroad on the database sercurity. After studying deep into the structure of database encryption system, the author bring forward a new database encryption system model— The implementation model of database encryption system based on the extended stored procedure.The most work in the thesis are as follows: First, after analyzing the problem existing on the database safety in the present information security field, the author bring forward a database encryption design idea based on the extended stored procedure;Second, studying into the theories aroundingdatabase-encryption system , explaining the cryptograph index, key management and some other key technologies in detail;Third, introducing the extended stored procedure technologies totally;Then, putting forwarding database encryption system fabric based on the extended stored procedure, confirming the system designing object, offering the system logic model, analyzing the structure of system logic modules, and providing the design of each logic module;At last, according to the logic module in the paper, the design complete the database encryption system based on the extended stored procedure, and analyzing the 7 mostly key technologies adopted in the processing of completing the system in detail.The database encryption system designed by author has implemented in the project which is in the Hubei Communication Department's scientificplan-Hubei waterway charging network management information system, and primely solved security problem of storing sensitivity data.
