Design Pattern Used In Embeeded Media Player Software

With the development of the embedded equipment such as handheld device and information appliance, the embedded systems are being applied in every field of people's lives. The Potable Media Player is becoming a necessary handheld device.The software design without direct of pattern and standard will result in compact coupling, and make it difficult to expand the system. However, Design patterns is brought forward to make the software to sustain variety and reduce system's coupling, in purpose to reuse and expand the code.Design patterns capture solutions that have developed and envolved over time. It describes simple and elegant solutions to specific problems in objecoriented software design. If we use design pattern to direct our software design, it can reduce the development cycle, and reduce the possibility of appearance of mistakes.First of all, this thesis introduced the background and interrelated technology of the meida player. Then, the thesis discussed the media player's hardware architecture and built system's software entironment.The emphases of the thesis is the research of media player application software's design and realization based design pattern, includes: Qt/Embedded key technology; building host development environment; the localization of Qt program; the process of application program and Qtopia's replant on embedded AMD Au1200 platform. The realization technology of meida player software includes: requirement analyse of media player, realization of application function modules based on design pattern (includes guidance module, picture browse module, notepad module, media player module); the design of media player's man-machine interface.
