With the consistent urban construction and the rapid development of economics, environmental protection and energy conservation has become more and more important.Central heating has become the general trend of heating style especially among the northern cities.How to make the whole central heating system operate in a good and efficient state turns Into an lssue that must be addressed.In this paper,the research obj ect iS Daqing Chengyin central heating system.First,the programs of controlling chengyin central heating pipe network system,the process of heat exchanger station , working principle and the automatic control program are introduced.Based on this.with the theory of heating engineering,the hydraulic and thermal condition of Chengyin thermodynamic system is analyzed,then the problems of the thermal control system is presented.In the heat exchanger Station,because the parameters of the complex obj ect is uncertain,nonlinear and variable,the conventional PID control is dimcult to meet the requirements of controlling the temperature of heating hot water.Accordingly,the fuzzy PID algorithm for controlling the temperature of heat transfer stations has been used,using the fuzzy inference to assure the PID parameters Kn,Ki,Kd.Meanwhile,the performance of the fuzzy self-tuning PID is preliminarily studied using the MATLAB simulation tools.Simulation results show that the proposal which has the characteristic of a small amount of overshoot,short transition time,good stability.adaptability was clearly superior to the traditional PID contr01.It can be achieve the desired control effect.Considering of the characteristics of Chengyin central heating system and the application of computer technology,a distributed computer control system to control the thermodynamic system is put forward,and the functions that can be achieved by the hardware and the software of the computer control system design is briefly given.
