With the development of economy and the acceleration of urbanization,Chinese city scale is continually expanding.Along with this process,China's urban traffic congestion is more and more serious,which put forward a series of problems to the builders of the city and the managers.Traffic is the artery of economic development;intelligent transportation is the important part of intelligent cities.Intelligent city currently include intelligent transportation,intelligent security,intelligent energy,intelligence education,intelligent medical treatment,intelligent government affairs and so on.In this thesis,the traffic problem will be mainly focused.Based on J2EE platform technology,this thesis builds a set of management system for intelligent city traffic monitoring and command.It adopted the spatial information technology and intelligent transportation technology as the guide,to analysis of the main juncture of intelligent urban traffic monitoring and management command.Then,through a lot of research,it analyzed the existing main problems of intelligent city traffic monitoring and command.For the above problems,the intelligent city traffic monitoring and command management system designed series of the road information management module,dynamic monitoring data acquisition module,video monitoring module,traffic monitoring command module and system management module.Then,based on the analogical design,interface design,method design of each module,the code implementation and output interface were conducted.Finally,adopt the existing test methods to check the five functions and performance of the system,so as to verify whether the system meets the user's actual demand.In the design process of this system,the efficiency of system,the resource sharing,the rapid transfer of information,the standardization of the process were paid great attention.According to the actual test,the system accuracy can reach higher than 80%,and can completely shielding external interference,can meet the needs of the users on the system accuracy and efficiency.
